10 Free Online Tools To Test Website Loading Speed
We know that website loading speed is one of the key to detainment more visitors. An average loading period like 1-5 seconds are normally acceptable to keep people waiting.
In order to improve a website loading performance, we can either start with clean CSS or WordPress plugin like super cache. But how to make sure a website is loaded faster after we have done so much upgrade?
For this, I would suggest you to test your website speed with the following online tools. They are totally FREE!
Web Page Analyzer helps to calculate page size, composition, and download time. The script calculates the size of individual elements and sums up each type of web page component.

Website Pulse verifies the server status, downloads the full HTML content and measures the response time of the test website.

Heh, had a blast trying out these sites, especially Webslug… the ‘duelling’ concept can be rather addictive.
Also, was shocked at how slow our blog was compared to other sites!
