International Destinations - Bali, Bandung, Bangkok, Brunei, Chiang Mai, Clark [Manila], Hanoi, Jakarta, Macau [Guangzhou], Medan, Padang, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Phnom Penh, Phuket, Siem Reap [Angkor Wat], Solo [Yogyakarta], Surabaya.
The travel period is from 1st October 2007 until 29th March 2008.
