1. If You Are Using W3-Total-Cache Plugin

In some cases, enabling Minify for CSS/JS or Database Caching in W3-Total-Cache setting will result in errors and your website breaking. To solve wp_cache_get error, you’re advised to disable these 2 options for the time being.

1. Contact your web server since you’re not able to login your wp-admin. You can either live chat with your web server technician or send them an email. What you need them to do is disable W3-Total-Cache and other cache plugins and enable you to access WordPress admin page.
2. Once you’re able to access WordPress admin page, update your WordPress to the latest version and keep W3-Total-Cache plugin disabled.
3. Delete W3-Total-Cache plugin from WordPress admin page.
4. Go to "Plugins" – "Add New". Search for "W3-Total-Cache" Install the plugin from the search result page and activate it.
5. Now you have a fresh new W3-Total-Cache plugin installed in your WordPress. You’re advised to use only ONE cache plugin in WordPress.

“Page Not Found 404 Error” is occurred when

• Visitors try to reach a non-existent page on your site
• Visitors have clicked on a broken link
• The page has been deleted
• Visitors have mistyped a URL

A 404 page is called that because in response to a request for a missing page, webservers send back a HTTP status code of 404 to indicate that a page is not found.

If you have not customize the error page, Google Webmaster has released an “Enhance 404 pages” widget for you to create a custom 404 page with helpful suggestions instead of error messages.

What It Does

“Enhance 404 pages” widget  adds a search box for your site with appropriate search suggestions and provides alternatives to incorrect URLs.

For an example. If a visitor misspell the URL http://www.example.com/news/recentt, “Enhance 404 pages” widget will display the following:

How To Implement It

1. Go to Google Webmaster Central
2. Select a site from the dashboard if you’re moderating multiple sites.
3. Clicking on Tools > Enhance 404 pages
4. Copy the JavaScript at the bottom of page, then paste it in 404.php

I started this blog on January 2007. That was a time when most of my friends didn’t know how a blog is operated. Started up K-Director Dot Com wasn’t an easy task to me as there’s not much resources for me to learn how to begin a blog.

Researching and reading online had became my main resources to customize my blog and sharpen my writing skill. It was a tough path when everything was in dark, unsure, and scrabble.
