For those have upgraded their WordPress to version 2.3, you’ve got some little jobs to upgrade your WordPress to 2.3.1 for security and bugs fixed purpose.
New version of WordPress always contains a lot of bugs. That’s why WordPress 2.3.1 was released to fix over twenty bugs which include:
• Tagging support for Windows Live Writer
• Fixes for a login bug that affected those with a Blog Address different than their WordPress Address
• Faster taxonomy database queries, especially tag intersection queries
Janek Vind found an XSS problem that can be exploited if your php setup has register_globals enabled. If you don’t wish your website being hacked due to this reason, download 2.3.1 right now.

Appearance is the very first impression given to your visitors. That’s why I concentrated in re-designing K-Director.com in phase 1.
In phase 2, I have implemented Search Engine Optimization changes for K-Director.com. I will be talking more about the SEO plugins needed and elements to attract more traffics to this (your) blog.
Robots Meta Plugin Installed
This plugin allows you to add all the appropriate robots meta tags to your pages and feeds and handle unused archives in order to prevent indexing unnecessary pages.
If you have no idea on how to write a robot.txt, this plugin might be your savior.
After you install this plugin, you will find this code <meta name="robots" content="noodp,noydir" /> in your site’s source code.

The progress of re-building K-Director.com is kind of slow after 3 working days. I don’t deny that this re-structuring progress is as slow as like a tortoise. But I did have a real job and real deadline for my real project. Moreover, people like to say that “Quality things made with patient”. 
OK. Less bullshit. Now talk about what I have done so far for my blog. If you’re going to start a new blog, this might be a good guide for you. At least, I re-design this site after 9 months of blogging. I know where to start correctly. It helps you to create a less mistake and more effective blog.
1. New Theme
As you see, this is a new theme for K-Director. This theme comes with 3 columns + 1 bottom row. At the top and bottom of sidebar, it merges 2 columns to 1 column. So I can insert a bigger size of widget up there and bottom there.
The font’s color, size and types have been changed too.

WordPress 2.2.3 is a security release and please upgrade it immediately if you don’t hope your site is hacked by someone.
The Simplest Ways
1. Download the changed files(zip format).
At the bottom of the page2. Unzip it and copy these files.
3. Log into your ftp, paste these files at where you installed WordPress. Overwrite all the files.
