Creating A Custom Watermark in Microsoft Word

One interesting capability of Microsoft Word is its ability to allow the user to create a custom watermark. Watermarks are images that are imprinted into the page of many stationary companies. They are images that are behind the text. To create a custom watermark follow these steps:

    WaterMark

  1. On the Format menu, point to Background, and then click Printed Watermark.
  2. WaterMark

  3. Do one of the following:
    · To insert a picture as a watermark, click Picture Watermark, and then click Select Picture. Select the picture you want, and then click Insert.
    · To insert a text watermark, click Text Watermark, and then select or enter the text that you want.
  4. Select any additional options that you want, and then click Apply.
  5. To view a watermark as it will appear on the printed page, use print layout view.

My Angle
Watermark is important if you want to protect your word file from being copied/photostated. This is also a good method to prevent content thief. Too bad we can’t make a watermark in wordpress. Or I just post my blog in image format?? Haha :D
