Google Adsense Payment Issued & Western Union Quick Cash
Last month, Google announced that Malaysians can get their Google Adsense payment via Western Union instead of standard delivery check.
2 hours ago, I found out that my Google Adsense Payment had been issued. That means I can collect my payment tomorrow via Western Union Quick Cash. 
In case you haven’t check your Google Adsense account today, you can try to log into it, click “My Account” - “Payment History” - “Oct 25 Payment issued - details” (if you are eligible for a payout).
You can get your Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) by clicking the “details” next to Oct 25 Payment issued.
Just a reminder. Remember to bring the following when you pick up your payment at a local Western Union agent:
The amount of your payment
The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) for this payment
Your government issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, National ID, etc)
Sender’s information:
Google Inc.
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway
Mountain View, CA 94043
USA
Additionally, please remember to pick up your Western Union payment within 35 days of the payment date (Oct 25th), or the amount will be credited back to your AdSense account.
Now all you need to do is go to the nearest CIMB bank, fill in Western Union Money Transfer form and get your money in RM. 
For CIMB Security Guard: Don’t be surprised if suddenly see so many people withdraw their money via Western Union in CIMB. Stay calm.

According to Google Adsense publishers who were beta testers for Western Union Cash Out service in Malaysia, it's free of charge.

If you are eligable for a payout, you will get CASH from CIMB in Ringgit Malaysia.
