Google Docs Now Works in Offline Mode
Good news for Google Doc’s users. Now you can view and edit files in Google Docs even you’re not online.
In order to achieve that, all you need to do is just install a very light Google plugin – Google Gear.
So far, only documents are allowed to be edited while office. I believe Google Docs won’t left out the others. It’s just the matter of time.
