Text Codes For WordPress Smiley Faces (Emoticons)
Previously I did mention Useful WordPress Keyboard Shortcuts to optimize WordPress bloggers’ writing speed. Today I gonna introduce some simple text codes for WordPress smiley faces in an entry.
WordPress emoticons could be useful in expressing an emotion for a sentence or paragraph. It normally enhances what a blogger is trying to express.
Here’s a list of text codes to turn text into a particular emoticon.
Note that a spacing between word and code is required in order to display an emoticon. Have fun!

Type a space before and after your smiley text. That prevents the smiley being accidentally included in the text around it ; )
