I’d like to plug my own: twitw.at, it’s integrated with Twitter and has a few useful tools. I’m hoping that the URLs are generally more trustworthy because they are linked to Twitter accounts.
Also, Twitw.at has a cool bookmarklet for the browser’s toolbar!
Interesting list of shorteners. Another good one is http://veeox.com which I use from time to time.
Do shortened links ever expire? I have had some later be broken or not work. Don’t know why.

I tried Niels van de Ven’s recommendation and i dont recommend its to slow i found http://fzy.co, highly recommended.
I have never seen a service like fzy.co and goo.gl
