I tried all of those. Not bad. But I prefer http://easyuri.com. It is fast and allows me to create shorten URL fast with their browser toolbar. I can customize my url name too!!

I’d like to plug my own: twitw.at, it’s integrated with Twitter and has a few useful tools. I’m hoping that the URLs are generally more trustworthy because they are linked to Twitter accounts.
Also, Twitw.at has a cool bookmarklet for the browser’s toolbar!
